What are Essential Oils and Why I Use Them

They rock! But for real, let me share with you my reasons. :)

When I was first introduced to essential oils, I was a bit skeptical of the whole idea. Being a science major, I questioned how these oils worked. However, I wanted to learn more and see if these oils really could help my life in natural way. I decided to give them a try for myself and joined doTERRA. I have been so amazed with the applications and overall boast in the quality of my life that I want to share this with all of you today.

One thing essentials oils are not, however, is a fad. Essential Oils and plant therapy have actually been used for thousands of years. Modern Medicine as we know it today is, without a doubt, a great blessing to our health. Unfortunately, many times medications only treat the symptoms and can cause serious side effects. Now, I would never tell anyone to not seek treatment if they needed it.
